TWK Agri has the following vacancy available: Broker (Life Insurance) within the Insurance Department at Nelspruit, Mpumalanga.

Job Summary
This role involves generating new business and advising clients on life, disability, and critical illness solutions. The position is ideal for a sales‑driven individual with insurance experience and a background or interest in agricultural clients and rural markets.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Conduct financial needs analyses to recommend life insurance solutions
• Drive consistent new business and sales growth
• Educate clients on long‑term risk products and financial security
• Maintain strong after‑sales service and portfolio retention
• Assist clients with applications, underwriting requirements, and claims
• Ensure compliance with long‑term insurance regulatory requirements
• Identify opportunities within agricultural and rural client bases

Qualifications and Skills

• Matric / Grade 12
• Relevant degree / qualification
• Proven sales experience (insurance branch sales highly beneficial)
• Agricultural experience/qualification (advantageous)
• RE5 qualification (advantageous)
• FAIS-compliant for long-term insurance
• Excellent communication, relationship‑building, and analytical skills
• Goal-driven, resilient, and able to work independently
