Responsibilities and Duties

• General administrative duties
• Assist in the maintenance of financial records
• Assist with monthly and year-end stock takes
• Assist management with queries/requests
• Provide assistance and back up to team members

Qualifications and Skills

• Matric / Grade 12
• Relevant degree / diploma (advantageous)
• Computer literate
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advance functions such as VLOOKUP (advantageous)
• Pastel Partner experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent numerical skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work accurately under pressure
• Ability to prioritise tasks to meet deadlines
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow rules and procedures
