TWK Agri has the following vacancy available: Financial Administrator within the Trade division at Piet Retief, Mpumalanga.

Job Summary
This role involves ensuring financial compliance, supporting monthly reporting, resolving branch admin issues, and managing credit notes. Strong admin skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure are key.

Responsibilities and Duties 
  • Ensure EFT requests adhere to legal and policy requirements
  • Ensure Petty Cash requests adhere to legal and policy requirements
  • Assist with monthly preparation of Management Accounts
  • Assist with monthly preparation of reporting and financial analysis
  • Resolve outstanding admin reports from branches
  • Issuing of credit notes
  • Ensure responsibilities of team is met
  • General office duties


Qualifications and Skills 

  • Matric / Grade 12
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field (advantageous)
  • 3 – 5 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Computer literate
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
