Gromor, part of the TWK Agri Group, has the following vacancy available: Admin Co-Ordinator at Umlaas Road, KwaZulu-Natal.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provide sales and customer support
  • Handle sales orders and invoicing
  • Prepare accurate and professional quotes
  • Follow up on outstanding quotes
  • Ensure that orders are placed timeously to facilitate manufacturing
  • Ensure that product codes, delivery dates and pricing are correct on sales orders
  • Co-ordinate with the production and logistics department
  • Liaise with the debtor's clerk on overdue accounts
  • Assist new and existing customers whom call or walk-in
  • Determine the technical requirement of the customers
  • Cashing up and handling petty cash

Qualifications and Skills

  • Matric / Grade 12
  • At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role (advantageous)
  • Fertilizer background / knowledge (advantageous)
  • Computer literate (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Basic Pastel understanding to be able to invoice and quote
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills
