TWK Agri has the following vacancy available: Clerk (Admin) within the Financial Services division at Mbombela, Mpumalanga.

Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Administrative duties relating to insurance and medical schemes, including claims, queries and Hospital Authorisation
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Financial Services Division, including preparing documents, and processing correspondence
  • General client services and capturing of data
  • Constant liaison with client/brokers and logging of communication
  • Maintain the CRM database

 
Qualifications and Skills:

  • Matric / Grade 12
  • At least 5 years’ experience in the Insurance Industry (advantageous)
  • At least 3 years’ work experience in an administrative position
  • Computer literate (proficiency in Excel, CMR software and Microsoft Office suite)
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Deadline driven, good organising and planning skills
  • Hard working, conscientious and energetic
