TWK Agri has the following vacancy available: Manager (Admin) within the Financial Services division at Mbombela, Mpumalanga.

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Administrative duties relating to insurance and medical schemes, including claims, queries and Hospital Authorisation
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Financial Services Division, including preparing documents, and processing correspondence
- General client services and capturing of data
- Assist with drafting reports, presentations, and other documentation required by the team or management
- Assist with budgeting and financial reporting related to the Medical department
- Supervise and provide guidance to administrative staff, ensuring workloads are effectively managed and tasks are completed on time
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations as they relate to administrative functions
- Assist in audits or regulatory reviews by providing necessary administrative records and documentation
Qualifications and Skills:
- Matric / Grade 12
- At least 3 years work experience in an administrative position
- At least 5 years’ experience in the Insurance Industry (advantageous)
- Proficiency in Excel, CMR software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Deadline driven, good organising and planning skills
- Hard working, conscientious and energetic
