TWK Agri has the following vacancy available: Clerk (Admin) within the Life Insurance Department at Nelspruit, Mpumalanga.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Administrative duties relating to life insurance and investments
- Performing administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, preparing documentation, resolving client service requests and ensuring all compliance is up to date
- New business preparation and implementation
- Servicing preparation and implementation
- Ensure high levels of customer services are maintained
- Maintain detailed electronic client files on system
- Personnel management
- General administrative duties for the Life Insurance division under TWK insurance
Qualifications and Skills
- Matric / Grade 12
- At least 3 years’ experience in the financial services industry (advantageous)
- Computer literate
- Advanced skills in Excel (advantageous)
- At least 2 years work experience in an administrative position
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Deadline driven, good organizing and planning skills
- Hard working, conscientious and energetic
