TWK Agri has the following vacancy available: Claims Handler within the Insurance department at Ermelo, Mpumalanga.

**Please note that although this position is advertised in Pretoria, Secunda, Ermelo, Nelspruit and Piet Retief, there is only one vacancy available. The successful candidate will be appointed at one of these locations, based on operational requirements and suitability.
Responsibilities and Duties
- General administrative duties
- Prepare, issue, and send out insurance claims, arrange for payments on insurance claims
- Regularly capture required information on internal systems, record and update customer claims
- Maintain and update filing, inventory, mailing, and database systems
- Prepare claim reports
Qualifications and Skills
- Matric / Grade 12
- At least 3 years' work experience in short term insurance
- RE5 certificate (advantageous)
- Computer literate
- Advanced skills in excel
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Deadline driven, good organizing and planning skills
