Job Description
TWK Agri has the following vacancy available: Admin Co-Ordinator within Timber Division at Richards Bay, KZN.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Compile daily production report
- Apply moisture and qc adjustments
- Update AS400
- Manage office stationary and diesel orders
- Invoicing cash sales, petty cash control, reconciling Flex Card
- Loading of EFT's for processing
- General filing duties and document courier control
- Minor purchasing
- Capture and reconcile leave entries, on both payroll and attendance system
- Prepare monthly provisions for financial statements
- Compile and process creditor and debtor applications
- Compile, check and submit approved creditor invoices for payment to HQ
- Source monthly creditor statements and handle payment queries
- Compile documents required for internal and external auditors
Qualifications and Skills
- Matric / Grade 12 with Mathematics / Accounting
- Computer literate with advanced level experience using MS Excel and working knowledge of other MS Office packages and Chrome
- Advanced numeracy skills
- Experience in AS400 (advantageous)
- Problem-solving skills
- Able to work under pressure.
- Good team player
